About Us
African Health Holdings (AHH) is a U.S.-registered healthcare holding company with current operational subsidiaries in East Africa. We identify, capitalize, and grow health care ventures that meet international quality standards while remaining accessible to public and private health systems across the continent.
Our flagship subsidiary, Bryant, Mitchell & Omondi (BMO), our IV solution brand, will be Kenya's first WHO GMP-compliant sterile intravenous (IV) solutions manufacturer, headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya.

What We Do
Medical Clinic(s) - Kenyans are urgently in need of improved access to essential services. Over 50% of the Kenyan population lack essential medical clinic services. Building medical clinics is critical.
Dialysis Clinic(s) - Rising kidney disease rates in East Africa is critical. Patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) in need of dialysis can travel up to 250 kilometers for treatment. Kenya alone sees over 10,000 dialysis patients and rising with fewer than 200 dialysis centers for a nation of 58 million people. Building dialysis centers is vital.
Manufacturing — Through IV Afya, we produce sterile IV solutions used daily in hospitals, surgical suites, and emergency care settings across Kenya and the broader East African market, but 90% of IVs in Kenya are imported
Investment & Development — AHH provides the capital structure, governance framework, and strategic partnerships necessary to grow pharmaceutical infrastructure in underserved markets.
Policy & Advocacy — We engage with regional health ministries, the African Union, and global health organizations to advance local critical health care services and solutions as a continental priority.
